Once upon a time...
Tonight I went over to a friends house for dinner and socializing. I walked in to find 7 guys and 1 girl (other than me). A rarity it seems in the LDS world but I wasn't complaining. Finn decided we should play a game where we all get a piece of paper and start a sentence. After the sentence is written we pass the paper to the next person who adds something to the story but then hides the first sentence and so forth so that you only see one sentence ahead. Once we were all done we read our stories and they were so funny my stomach hurt from laughing so hard. This is one of the stories that we wrote: (I numbered them by each person that wrote a sentence).
1. One beautiful moonlight night, Finn Larson the Great of the kingdom of Sweden and Princess Rachel De Martinez of the Kingdom of Spain were having a delicious dinner!
2. Things were going well and Finn the Great saw that glint in Rachel's eye that could only mean one thing.
3. She really liked Douglas's delicious homemade mustard.
4. So she derived a plan to break into his house one night and steal all the mustard.
5. She loved it so much; it has a nice bite. She loved him even more.
6. After all no woman can resist a man who makes his own mustard.
7. Not just any kind of mustard but spicy honey dijon.
8. The honey dijon mustard was the perfect addition to the spread.
9. But the guests all had severe honey dijon mustard allergies and all went into shock.
10. But Finn and Rachel were somehow immune to this particular food poisoning, and as they realized this special gift, they decided to get married!
11. They drove all through the night to the Vegas chapel of love, only to find themselves $2.00 short of the fee needed.
Good times, thanks guys!!
